About Us

Who We Are

Welcome! We are pleased that you have found the IPC bethel worship center website. We are a community of believers who share the desire to exalt our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every way. The purpose of this community’s existence is not to build ourselves a name, but to offer a place of fellowship for our Lord’s people and to see Him constantly add to His Church. We work for the expansion of His Kingdom rooted in the understanding that the Church is the Lord’s and not ours. We express our love for the Lord through our worship and our love for each other through fellowship. We express our love for God’s word through our mentality of discipleship and separation from the world and its ways. As a body of believers our only aim and our greatest goal is to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ in every way.

Bethel Worship center is more than a church; it is a family! We love the Lord, and we love each other. That is what makes serving Him so much fun! If you are looking for a place where the Bible is taught and the Lord is working in lives, you’ve found one.

Just take some time to browse all the ministries that God is leading and working in. You will find information about all our services on this site. If you have questions or special needs, feel free to contact us. And please come by and lets worship the Lord together!

Rev. Dr. K C Chacko

Senior Pastor

Pastor K.C. Chacko has more than 45 years of pastoral experience and he is currently the senior pastor of Indian Pentecostal Church, Greater Houston.

Pastor Chacko was born and brought up in an Orthodox Christian family. However, he was a teenager when he heard the gospel for the first time through his Sunday School teacher. He then trusted in Jesus Christ and accepted Him as his personal Savior. Pastor Chacko placed his faith solely in Christ to receive forgiveness of all sins and to become a part of God’s family. As Pastor Chacko continued in his Christian faith, one day during family prayer, he received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and felt an urge to become a part of the Lords ministry. After this moment, Pastor Chacko knew God’s calling was on his life to be in full time ministry as a pastor.

Following, his high school graduation, Pastor Chacko graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Mysore university and Bachelor of Divinity from Berean Baptist Seminary in Bangalore. Then he served as a pastor and worked as a theology teacher in different states of India, until 1983. He also pioneered a few churches in India during this time.

In 1984, Pastor Chacko immigrated to the United States, and joined Westminster Theological Seminary to purse a higher education. He then graduated from there with a master’s in religion and a master’s in theology. He then continued his education until he graduated with a doctorate in pastoral ministry. Since immigrating, Pastor Chacko has held pastorate in New Jersey, Toronto, Canada, and Houston, Texas.

Pastor Chacko pioneered Indian Pentecostal Church, Greater Houston in 2008 and has been serving as the senior pastor since then.

Pastor Chacko and his wife, Celine Chacko, live in Pearland, TX and have two daughters, Rachel and Debbie.

Our beliefs

  • That the Bible is inspired and the only infallible and authoritative Word of God;
  • That there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit;
  • In the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the father, in His future return to this earth in power and glory to rule in Eternity.
  • In the blessed hope – the rapture of the church at Christ’s coming in the clouds of heaven;
  • That the means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ;
  • That regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation;
  • That the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer;
  • That the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to the Acts 2:4, is a gift given to all believers who desires it.
  • In the sanctifying power of the Holy spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life; and
  • In the bodily resurrection of the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and other to everlasting damnation.
