In his public ministry, Jesus Christ called little children to him and showed them great care. Jesus never neglected them and used the children to convey the truth about the Kingdom of God. Throughout the Gospel, we find that Jesus welcomed children, blessed them, associated them with the Kingdom of God, and even warned us to not cause them to stumble.
God has placed children in our care and we take the responsibility to minister to them very seriously. They are the little sheep that God placed in our care, and we are to shepherd them in a Godly way by spending time in prayer and properly dispensing the truth about God.
We have a thriving Sunday School ministry, and our program accommodates all age groups. Our kids love our Sunday School ministry and they are very excited about sharing what they learned with their friends. Our teachers are thoroughly trained to teach their respective students, and our lesson plans are carefully constructed for each class. We follow a curriculum that is designed to address their spiritual growth, as well as to help them navigate their life in the environment God has placed them.
Our Sunday school ministry consist of the following:
- Traditional Sunday School
- ‘Super Church’ for Kids Under 10
- Yearly Vacation Bible School
- Various Social Events Throughout The Year
“But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus”. (2 Timothy 3:14-15)
